Gruebb are well known in Europe and the USA as producers of high performance stainless steel tube drawing products. These lubricants and pastes are developed in-house in partnership with manufacturers who benefit by having a tailor made solution for their processes and materials. Ultra high performance chlorinated drawing oil for white metal tubes. Replaced 5 different I/d and o/d lubricants at a major US plant, one of which was an evaporable pre-coating. Drawing speeds increased, die life improved and Ra was lowered. Gruebb 4099 is cleanable with an alkaline-water wash, though can also be cleaned with Dowclene 1601 types or solvents. A game changer.
